Double Gold: Europe
Following on from last year's success at the 2011 Mundus Vini International Wine Awards, Little Beauty stormed home this year being awarded double Gold: 2010 Sauvignon Blanc (GOLD), 2010 Pinot Noir (GOLD). This is an awesome result - these were large classes with fierce competition from European producers...no bother for Little Beauty though! The 2010 Little Beauty Gewurztraminer shone brightly too, picking up Silver.
Silver and Bronzes: Asia
Little Beauty was one of the most awarded of all New Zealand wine companies at the recent Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Challenge; Little Beauty managed a total of SEVEN medals in Asia's most prestigious wine show. Silver for the 2009 Gewurztraminer, Bronze for 2010 Sauvignon Blanc, Bronze for 2010 Pinot Noir, Bronze for 2010 Dry Riesling, Bronze for 2010 Pinot Gris. And when matched with suggested food suited to the region (Sashimi, Kung Pao Chicken and Peking Duck), Little Beauty scooped further awards.
Trophy: UK
