Vintage: 2009. Limited Edition.
Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale yellow/lemon coloured core.
Aroma: Intensely aromatic: reminiscent of passion-fruit, feijoa, guava, lemon-lime sorbet and river stone. Fresh. Uplifting.
Palate: Flavours such as lime zest, ripe mango and tangy grapefruit compete for your attention. Nicely balanced. Finishes vibrant, long and juicy...very satisfying.

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, fine clay silt loams
2009 Sunshine Hours: 2479 (parity with long term average)
2009 Growing Degree Days: 1278 (slightly down on long term average)
2009 Regional Rainfall: 610mm (slightly down on long term average)
Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows.
Harvest Method: Machine harvested over ten days with three passes through the vineyard.
Harvest Dates: 03rd, 9th and 14th April.

Fermentation: Cool fermentation (12-14 degrees) in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the natural aromatics.
