Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale lemon core.
Aroma: Quite enticing; you’ll discover yellow nectarine, beeswax and flinty notes.
Palate: The palate has vibrant, mineral tones with a pleasing density and cleansing finish.  Lemons, limes, honey-suckle are characters of note.

VITICULTURE

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, fine clay silt loams.
Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows.
Harvest Method: Machine harvested, two pick dates.

OENOLOGY

Fermentation: Free run cut: 540litres per tonne.  Ferment initiated with refined yeast Siha 7.  Cool fementation in stainless steel tanks to accentuate delicate aromas and flavours.
Residual Sugar: 6.2 g/l
Alcohol Content: 12.0%
Titratable Acid: 7.0 g/l
