Dry Riesling

Vintage: 2014.  Limited Edition.
Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale lemon core.
Aroma: Quite enticing; you’ll discover candied citrus, lemon sherbet and flinty notes.  Evolutionary characters likened to lanolin or candied citrus.
Palate: The palate has vibrant, mineral tones with a pleasing density and cleansing finish.  Lemons, limes, clementine, beeswax are characters of note.

VITICULTURE

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, fine clay silt loams.
Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows.
Harvest Method: Machine harvested.

OENOLOGY

Fermentation: Free-run juice only.  Ferment initiated with refined yeast Siha 7.  Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to accentuate delicate aromas and flavours.
Residual Sugar: 5.1 g/l
Alcohol Content: 11.5%
Titratable Acid: 6.7 g/l

Органолептика


Драй Рислинг

Цвет: Вино чистого соломенного цвета с зеленоватыми оттенками.
Букет: Манящий, притягивающий букет с нотами спелого нектарина, пчелиного воска и ланолина.
Вкус яркий и запоминающийся, с заметными нотами цитрусовых, меда, пчелиного воска. Длительное мягкое послевкусие с приятной кислинкой в финале.

Технология и терруар

Место произрастания: Единый виноградник

Терруар: Почвы каменистые, с естественным водоотводом, местами наносы глинистого ила. Вертикальная формировка винограда, шпалеры обращены строго по направлению с севера на юг. Машинная сборка (2 подхода).

Технология

Ферментация: сок стекает самостоятельно, без отжима. Для ферментации используются чистые дрожжи Siha 7. Ферментация проходит в емкостях из нержавеющей стали, с целью лучше сохранить и подчеркнуть натуральные вкусовые и ароматические качества.

Сочетаемость

Универсальное вино. Отлично сочетается с блюдами из свинины, рыбы, курицы, с сырами. Особенно хорошо дополняет блюда, приготовленные с имбирем, соей, медом.

Рекомендуется подавать охлажденным.
